Insurance

Our public liability insurance is available free-of-charge to charitable organisations, voluntary organisations, and not-for-profit groups and individuals using our facilities. A summary of the cover provided may be downloaded here. Please advise the Hall Secretary if you wish to take advantage of this insurance for your booking as we will need to inform the insurer of your details for the cover to be in place.

We do not permit candles, tea lights, fireworks, smoke machines or chinese lanterns in the hall or its grounds. Our insurance does not cover liability for the use of these, so the user will be responsible and personally liable for any damage to the hall or to third parties.
